ENAGAS IS CREATED
Enagas is created from the merger of distributors for the Bío Bío and La Araucanía Regions.
AGROGAS IS BORN
Agrícola O'Higgins -Established in 1953 and which in 1961 obtained from Enap the concession to distribute LPG in the O'Higgins Region- becomes Agrogas S.A.C.
A NEW STAGE BEGINS
The group made up of the Santa Cruz, Yaconi, Noguera, Vinagre and Ardizzoni families acquires control of the LPG distributors: Lipigas, Codigas, Enagas and Agrogas.
REPSOL ENTERS THE OWNERSHIP OF LIPIGAS
The owner group sells to the multinational Repsol YPF 45% of the shares of Lipigas, Codigas, Enagas and Agrogas and subsidiary companies dedicated to transport and re-inspection of cylinders.

Unification process of the four regional and subsidiary brands, under the name of Empresas Lipigas S.A.
NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION IN CALAMA
Lipigas enters the natural gas business, which is distributed at a residential level through networks in the Nueva Calama sector, Antofagasta Region.
INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION BEGINS
The Colombian company Chilco Distribuidora de Gas y Energía is created, which acquires the assets of the Gas País brand, with presence in 24 of the 32 departments of Colombia. Chilco Metalmecánica is established, a Colombian company dedicated to the manufacture of LPG tanks and cylinders.
INCORPORATION OF NEW INVESTORS
Group of investors, led by LarraínVial, acquires from the Repsol group its ownership in Lipigas.
ACQUISITION OF LIMA GAS
We acquire the LPG company Lima Gas in Peru and 100% ownership of Chilco, in Colombia.
LNG FOR INDUSTRIES
Since 2014, the Company distributes liquefied natural gas (LNG) by land, to industrial customers located in places far from networks and gas pipelines, by means of tanker trucks that transfer the product to the satellite regasification plants –known as SRP – located on the client’s premises.
ACQUISITION OF LIDERGAS
Empresas Lipigas S.A. acquires the operation of the Colombian company, Lidergas, leader in the distribution of bulk LPG in that country, integrating it to Chilco.
SEABORNE LPG IMPORTS BEGINS
On March 4th, the first LPG vessel arrives at the Quintero Maritime Terminal, where Lipigas has a tank and adjoining facilities for the reception and storage of 25,000 tons.
CORPORATE BONDS ISSUANCE
The first issuance of corporate bonds for a total of UF 3.5 million was successfully completed on 23 April. The E-SERIES bond placement was carried out at 25 years with bullet amortization at a rate of 3.40% (spread of 177 on the reference rate).
ACQUISITION OF NEOGAS PERÚ
Empresas Lipigas S.A. takes control of 100% of the operation of Neogas Perú S.A., a company dedicated to the distribution of compressed natural gas (CNG) for industrial customers and service stations for vehicles operating on this fuel.
EMPRESAS LIPIGAS BEGINS TRADING ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE
Empresas Lipigas S.A. successfully completes the placement of 20% of the company's property (22,714,903 shares). With this, the controlling group of Empresas Lipigas -formed by the Santa Cruz, Yaconi, Noguera, Vinagre and Ardizzoni families- maintained control of more than 70% of the company, through direct and indirect ownership.
NEW SUBSIDIARY IN COLOMBIA
Lipigas completes, in Colombia, the creation of the subsidiary Rednova SAS ESP, whose purpose will be the development of the business of the distribution of gas by networks in different municipalities of that country, where since 2010 the company operates through Chilco and its brands GasPaís and Lidergas .
LIPIGAS BEGINS DISTRIBUTION OF NATURAL GAS THROUGH NETWORKS IN THE SOUTH OF CHILE.
After having obtained the respective concessions, installation and gasification of networks, Lipigas started the distribution of natural gas in the communities of Osorno and Puerto Montt, in the Los Lagos Region in Chile.
Lipigas enters the electricity generation
Lipigas enters the electricity generation business with the start-up of the first small-scale DG power plant in Concón, Valparaiso Region, Chile.
