In the latest version of the Best Places to Work in Chile 2022, Lipigas was ranked 1st. Place of the category of 251 to 1,000 workers.

This list is produced by Great Place to Work, for the second year, and is based on three dimensions defined as follows:

Care and balance: refers to the perception of organizational benefits, the work environment and how the organization promotes and provides spaces to facilitate the balance between personal and work life.
Salary gap: refers to whether workers perceive fairness regarding their remuneration and the distribution of organizational profits.
Female leadership: refers to the perception regarding equal opportunities, which includes both the impartiality of leaders in treatment and also in key organizational decisions for career development, such as promotions and perceived development and training opportunities by the workers.

According to the results that Great Place to Work obtained from the Trust Index™ surveys that are applied in the companies that participated in this measurement and that were part of the list of Best Places to Work for Women in 2021, these dimensions do not present differences significant between male and female.

Commitment to Gender Parity

In Chile, Lipigas has started a path based on the construction of a culture of diversity, and within it, the strengthening of gender parity as an element that distinguishes us as an organization. For this reason, in 2017 we adhered to the Gender Parity Initiative (IPG), establishing specific goals to achieve in the incorporation of women into the labor force, increasing the presence of women in leadership positions and maintaining the absence of a labor gap.

Added to this is an internal Gender Parity Policy with an action plan that establishes indicators to be achieved in relation to these strategic pillars of the IPG and others established by the company itself.
